Sprout is the only 100% hands-on cooking school in South Australia, where you cook each recipe yourself from start to finish. And unlike most cooking classes, which might base their classes around a particular cuisine or style of cooking, we base ours around your health, lifestyle, budget and dietary requirements. All recipes are nutritionally balanced and have been designed according the theme of each class.

All Sprout cooking classes are hosted by health professionals, experienced cooks or qualified chefs - so feel free to ask as many food or nutrition related questions as you can!
