A hands-on, healthy cooking school established in 2011, and a dynamic, innovative health studio established in 2014 by Accredited Practising Dietitian Themis Chryssidis and celebrity cook Callum Hann.
Our stunning, purpose-built kitchen is South Australia's largest, and we're the only truly hands-on cooking school around. A class at Sprout means cooking our recipes from start to finish, learning valuable skills, new techniques and delicious, healthy dishes to add to your repertoire. There's no standing around and watching at our cooking classes, everyone gets a slice of the action!
