Course 1:

Beef carpaccio, 12 month aged pecorino, watercress, fennel, cornichons, garlic mustard, capers and extra virgin olive oil

 

Course 2:

Charred asparagus, quail egg, lemon, thyme and parmesan pangrattato, black garlic, extra virgin olive oil

 

Course 3:

Grilled octopus, smokey sauce, cannellini bean puree, sumac melon, parsley and currants

 

Course 4:

Rosemary and garlic marinated chicken, sweetcorn puree, charred smoked corn, crispy chicken crackling and lime and chilli reduction

Freekeh, roasted almond, broad bean, spring onion and parsley salad

Radish, witlof, zucchini and red onion salad with a zesty lemon vinaigrette

 

Course 5:

Basil and olive oil marinated strawberries and blackberries, honey goats curd mousse, black sesame brittle and black sesame sponge
