We often find ourselves outside, being more active and doing different things over the summer break.
Make sure you warm up functionally to prevent injuries. If you love a game of backyard cricket make sure to do a bit of warm up first: roll your arms over your head, and practice picking the ball up of the ground. Walking lunges are a good warm up before running, and make sure you have a gentle hit before getting too competitive. The same goes for warming up before you hit the golf course or tennis court.
