Get your kids excited about fresh, healthy food!
At Sprout kids classes, kids learn to cook something fresh, seasonal and healthy, from scratch and all by themselves. You'll be amazed at how excited they will be about cooking and eating real, nutritious food - and how willing they will be to try foods that they usually claim to hate - without any need to "hide" veggies in their meals.
We are also happy to cater for all dietary requirements, and a health professional is always on hand at our kids classes to answer any nutrition or dietary-related concerns you might have.
We host kids cooking classes at the Sprout kitchen during most school holidays, for ages 5-15. If there are no classes currently scheduled below, join our mailing list to receive our newsletter announcing the next round of kids classes, or follow us on social media.
*All kids classes include all ingredients, equipment, apron hire and recipes to take home. Information about drop-off/pick-up and parents wishing to stay and watch will be sent by email upon booking your tickets.
