During this class we will travel to the hustle and bustle of the Adelaide Central Market and together select the best seasonal ingredients for our recipes. Along the way we'll discuss how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and we will sample some of our favourite products from the Adelaide Central Market. We'll then head back to Sprout and use our fresh produce to create some seasonal and delicious dishes which you'll enjoy matched to a glass of wine.
