Join us over 4 consecutive Thursday evenings for a hands-on cooking course designed to develop your essential cooking skills and nutrition knowledge.
In this comprehensive course you will learn simple and essential cooking skills, taught by qualified chefs and Accredited Practising Dietitians in our hands-on kitchen - to ensure you can easily replicate every dish at home.
The course will include tailored recipes, nutrition presentations and professional dietary advice. All ingredients, equipment and teaching materials are included and as always, we cater for all dietary requirements.
This Everyday Essential program is suitable for adults of any age and cooking ability. It is great value and will not only be fun and educational, but it will also help you develop life-long healthy habits.
The 4x 3-hour classes in this program will be held on 23 March, 30 March, 6 April & 13 April 2017. Please note this is an adults only class for ages 18+.
