In this class you will meet the producers of some of your favourite, local foods, learn all their tips and tricks, and then use this produce to prepare a delicious balanced meal. This class includes opportunities to chat with respected local producers from different industries, a cheese platter on arrival, and a two-course hands-on cooking class with recipes.
